We proudly present this on-line Wholesale Gemstone Catalog for your added convenience in making your gemstone purchases.  This site has been created and intended for Trade use only.  It is our intention to make your process of ordering and purchasing gemstones as convenient and efficient as possible.  In this catalog you will find over 10,000 highly diversified gemstone items at very competitive prices all backed with over 40 years of industry service and recognized integrity.

This on-line version of our catalog will enable you to easily place accurate gemstone orders 24 hours a day.  Just locate and identify the gemstones that you need and create a shopping list order that will be received in our office and expedited within 24 hours.

Terms and conditions:
We extend credit to well rated and/or established accounts.  Our credit policy requires either a 1 or 2 rating from the Jewelers Board of Trade with two industry references or three industry references to be listed on our Credit Application which can be printed out from this site and faxed back to 212-869-3080.  Our Terms are Net 30 days.  Until credit is established shipments can be made via C.O.D., Credit Card or Payment in Advance.Your merchandise will be shipped out via your choice of UPS, U.S. Postal, or Fed-X. The minimum order is $10.00 plus shipping & handling. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Trade Price Lists & Order Area
Find the item via Gemstones by Name or via Search by Shape & Size.  All Prices are listed per each stone at net cost.  Click on the title of the desired item, add the quantity to your shopping cart order, fill in the shipping information and click to E-Mail.  You will receive confirmation of your order within 6 hours or sooner.  Please keep in mind that many of the genuine stones have been calculated by using average stone weights multiplied by their price per carat.  For this reason some of our genuine stones will vary in piece price due to their individual weights. Should any large discrepancy appear in your order you will be notified at the time of confirmation.

This catalog represents the majority of stones that we have in inventory.  New Single Stones and Stone Items are constantly being added.  If there is a specific stone you are looking for and it is not listed, please Contact us via our Special Request Form, E-Mail, Phone or Fax and we will be glad to help you.  In addition we also expedite special import orders and accommodate sizing, matching and cutting jobs.

Items Represented without price lists:
For Items represented with no price list please be sure to move the mid screen separation bar down to view any available comments and price ranges.  Please keep in mind that any price ranges mentioned in a stone category's comment area are always net cost, (even when viewed in the Presentation Area).

Presentation Area:
In addition to placing straight forward orders, this on-line Catalog also has a Presentation Area with the ability to be keyed (marked up), from its original net selling prices by whatever percentage that you desire for purposes of using as a tool in view of your customers, or for purposes of printing out.   When using Presentation "Gemstones by Name" your mark up (Mode of Detail), will be coded in the bottom of the selected price list.  Each Price list has a picture and information pertaining to the represented gemstone category.  You can isolate a specific item from the selected list by clicking on its left most title.   Please also keep in mind that all stones are represented as per piece price and that any per carat prices are not represented at all in the Presentation Area.

Search by Shape & Size:
You can also take advantage of using our "Search by Shape and Size" tool in both the Order & Presentation Area which can locate groups of gemstones by choosing a shape and size.  For example: by choosing "Oval 6x4" you can create a list of all 6x4 Oval gemstones available.   Please keep in mind however that there are a small percentage of stones like Genuine Alexandrite that are not broken down in a data base list and will not show up.  In the Presentation "Search by Shape & Size" area your opportunity to mark up the specific item is available after selecting an individual gemstone from the shape & size list you created.  Your mark up (Mode of Detail) will be coded in the bottom of the selected gemstone screen.

Please understand that due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, custom duties and costs of materials being cut that prices may vary depending upon the time of your order.  We will do our best to keep the prices listed in this online catalog stable and accurate and that any advantage will be applied towards you the customer.  In the event of a price change made to an ordered item you will be notified before shipping for your confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with a 30 day return policy from any item's billed invoice date.  Any returns must be accompanied by their shipping slip, memo or invoice date and number.  Stones may not be returned if they have been damaged in any way or have been cut or ordered special.
